About

I’m a content and systems designer with over a decade of experience in MMOs, ARPGs, and Roguelikes. My work has ranged from designing 20-player raid encounters and implementing a full battle pass system to contributing to established worlds like Magic: The Gathering and The Dragon Prince: Xadia as a mission designer.

Games have always played a huge role in my life and I’ve built my career creating systems and content for players to explore. I love games that treat content like a sandbox and give players the freedom to approach them creatively in their own unique way. Whenever possible, that’s the core design pillar I try to capture, be it by creating encounters that have multiple solutions, or pacing missions to allow for different archetypes and roles to each get their moments of power fantasy. Creating content and systems that are flexible and allow for expression is where I shine as a designer.

Right now I’m developing an indie roguelike of my own to expand my skills beyond just design and into becoming a well-rounded developer. While it’s been a fulfilling journey, I find myself drawn back to working with other developers, collaborating, sharing perspectives, and building something amazing together. I’m currently exploring opportunities either remote or onsite/hybrid in California.
